Integrated knowledge and understanding of, as well as an ability to correctly evaluate and apply key terminologies, concepts, facts, principles and rules contained in and related to the field of environmental law; and An understanding of how the range of key terminologies, concepts, facts, principles, rules and requirements of framework and sector environmental laws related to other fields of law and environmental management; and An understanding of contested knowledge (e.g. critical reflections on policy and legislative changes) within the field of environmental law and the ability to critically evaluate and apply the aforementioned principles and knowledge to problems set in the field of environmental law and management. |
