The course focuses on the security and digital integration of BI tools in supply chain strategies. As supply chains meet an impact of the current global changes and uncertainty and need constant improvement, IT technologies and the Internet environment can become one of the sources of such transformations. The scope of application and the problems of implementing block technology in the field of supply chains and respective logistics will be examined.

Purpose of the course:

The purpose of the course is to equip participants to explore various case studies to analyze the possibility of developing blockade technology in BRICS cooperation and globally in the field of supply chains and logistics, as well as the prospects for further digitalization of economic and business processes. The prospects of cooperation in the fields of BI technologies and "Internet of things" are considered that allow automatically adjust supply chains based on real-time insights to match expected demand.

Assessment: 
The course presumes online study sessions with the integration of webinars and case studies. The course includes an assignment with developing and presenting of "managerial toolbox" solutions respectively to cases of how to successfully integrate BI technologies and tools in supply chains to improve corporate revenues, performance, working capital, cut logistics costs, and inventories.
Method of assessment: 
The course presumes a summative assessment upon the results of participation in online study sessions, activeness in the analysis of case studies, completion of the final assignment.
