MEDIATION SKILLS

On completion of this module, the learner should be able to demonstrate a well-rounded and systematic knowledge base of the basic skills needed to facilitate conflict resolution.

At the end of the module the learner will be expected, within the context of a class situation, to practically demonstrate a well-rounded and systematic knowledge base of the basic skills needed to facilitate conflict resolution.

MEDIATION IN FAMILY RELATED MATTERS On completion of this module, the learner should be able to demonstrate a well-rounded and systematic knowledge base of the basic skills needed to facilitate conflict resolution in family related matters. At the end of the module the learner will be expected, within the context of a class situation, to practically demonstrate a well-rounded and systematic knowledge base of the basic skills needed to facilitate conflict resolution in family related matters.
