• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management, hospitality, tourism, sports management, or related fields. Exceptional candidates without a bachelor's degree but with significant professional experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership potential through current or past professional roles or through a statement of purpose. Candidates should exhibit the desire and capacity to take on leadership roles within their organisations or the industry.
