Short Learning Programme on Emotional Intelligence and Stress Management

As the workplace becomes more diverse, it becomes increasingly important to understand what makes people behave differently and to know how to manage these differences effectively. Managers need to be skilled in understanding and managing their own emotions and the emotions of employees in the workplace. Managers need to understand how personality, emotions, and perceptions affect behaviour, human relations, and performance. Emotional Intelligence is the key to successfully manage this phenomenon. This workshop equips managers to assess and improve their own emotional intelligence.
