Short Learning Programme on the Unlocking of potential through the power of full engagement

Life within the 21st century has become inhumanly challenging with the bombardment of demands to perform better within an environment of unreasonable time-pressure and relentless demands as organisations strive to become better, bigger and financially stronger in the cut-throat competition of the international market. To perform in the storm and still remain spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically healthy is the challenge. The ever-increasing cases of depression, burn-out, and desperation in the human race are evidence of how many people fall victim to this evil battle that individuals and business people have created. The human greed to reach what they see as the ‘ultimate success’, by obtaining more and more in less time, with fewer human resources, is taking its toll on the health and wellness of the human race. To stay emotionally and spiritually healthy in this demanding environment is the challenge. Finding purpose and experiencing self-actualisation in life are the two things that bring the fulfilment and happiness that we as humans seek so relentlessly and sometimes never find. Discovering the higher self and the unlocking of our full potential can only be realised through deep self-knowledge and insight into our own thinking patterns, behaviour, and beliefs.

Purpose of the course

This programme aims to equip participants with the skills to perform optimally under the extreme pressure of our time by becoming fully engaged by finding balance and drawing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual resources to obtain the power of full engagement. Fully engaged individuals perform optimally to the benefit of self and the workplace. This short learning programme aims to equip participants with deeper self-knowledge, understanding, and insight into own behaviour patterns and response styles through self-assessment, facilitated by an industrial psychologist.
